Eating dark chocolate may be an easy thing to add for some people to be even healthier! These benefits might be small for some or even none existent in some groups or larger for others. I like it because it tastes great and I have a possibility of getting health benefits from it! Dark chocolate took me a little while to get used to when I first started (kind of tasted bitter) but now I like it way better than milk chocolate (now milk chocolate seems to have way less flavor).
