Flaxseeds for gut health!

I take 2 TBS of flaxseeds everyday. Do you want your gut to be better and do it for almost no money? Try flaxseeds for three months and see how much it helps (your microbiome). Then you can add other things to boost your healthy bacteria. There are other foods that can support you in doing this or you can add a probiotic or herbs that may support better intestinal health. There are lots of strategies to support the gut but flaxseeds are my favorite one (It also happen to be one of the cheapest!).
