Ketogenic diet

Someone ask me how I would eat a high fat diet so I thought I would share one day with everyone.

Coffee with 1/4 cup cream w/2  TBSP of butter w/ 1 TBSP of Coconut oil (can blend if desired)
(22g fat 2g pro 2g carb 206 cal.)(22g fat, 200 cal)(14g fat 130 cal) 536 cal

Coffee (lower calories) with 1/4 cup cream and 1 TBSP of butter =306 cal.

Salad: 4 TBSP sour cream with salsa, romaine lettuce, avocado,4 olives,1/3 cup cheese,
(12g fat  4g carbs 2g protein 120 cal)(1g fat 4g carb 2g pro 40 cal)(15g fat 2g pro 2g carb 167 cal)(2.5g fat 0 pro 1g carb, 25 cal.)(9g fat 7g pro, 110 cal)=462 cal

Pecans, Macadamia nuts, walnuts, (1 oz of sunflower seeds)
(1 oz 198) (1 oz 201)(1 oz 183 cal)

2 egg Omelet w/ 1/3 cup cheese,4 olives, salsa, onions, orange bell peppers, (I do not eat more than 4 a day)
(10g fat 14 protein, 160 cal),(1/3 cup 9g fat 7g pro, 110 cal.) (2.5g fat 0 pro 1g carb, 25 cal.)=295 cal

1 TBSP of fish oil = 122 cal.
4 Multi-Wow pills (1 with my coffee, 1 at 2pm, 1 at 6pm, 1 before bed)

Omelet 295 cal + salad 462 cal + coffee (lower calories) 306 + 1 oz of Pecans 198 cal + 1 TBSP fish oil 122 cal=1,383 cal. (you can adjust it to how many cal. you want)

I eat all my meals in a 4 hour period (i.e. 2pm to 6pm). The coffee I drink in the morning as I feel hungry (I sip on it). I would eat the salad at 2pm and the omelet at 6pm so I have time to use the carbs that are in the salad. (Tip: A good time to go for a walk is at 3pm (after you eat)(if you are going to do a small "cheat" do it right before you take the walk)) A good "cheat" food is very dark chocolate like 86% coco. I eat 2 squares or so.

Other foods you might be able to eat: hot dogs (I like Costco sausages), fish oil, high fat beef hamburger, (I eat bacon and sausage), extra avocados, nuts that I listed, beef sticks, cheese, pepperoni, summer sausage, You can also add in non-starchy vegetables after you are burning fat for energy like cauliflower, green beans brussel sprouts, and salads (non-starchy) with vinaigrettes

The general the "rules" I go by is to eat about 70 grams of protein. I also think eating non-starchy vegetables are the best carbs and they come with lots of vitamins and minerals but I wait on eating them until I am in fat burning mode until then I make sure I take my Multi-Wow (I need the vitamins).

This diet is great for inflammation, weightloss, blood sugar sensitivities, and is great for the brain as your brain loves ketones (fats). Always talk to your doctor before you start a diet program. This is not meant to treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
