
Take Oatmeal and put it with eggs and you have a great breakfast! Oatmeal has lots of health benefits one of which is that it has lots of fiber that slows the uptake of sugar so you do not get a big sugar spike (add cinnamon for add benefit). Eggs are great as well. They have lots of L-arginine which needed for nitric oxide. Nitric oxide dilates your blood vessels (also called a vasodilator) and may have many health benefits. It may lower your blood pressure, decrease your chance of stroke and heart attacks (although more studies are needed to prove this). L-arginine is used to help maintain sexual health and at high doses it has been used to help increase HGH (a hormone). It is also used in wound healing and bodybuilding. Eggs are a great place to get L-arginine.
