I wrote a post here about a year ago that talked about some great foods for supporting* blood pressure (5 stalks of celery and a banana every day) *See disclaimer in picture. I then published this list of things I would do to support my blood pressure on facebook. I thought that I would also put it here on my blog.
So after I eat my celery and banana I would add a few of these 7 things to my life. I would first add Fish Oil, Magnesium, and Multi-Wow (which has Vit. D) because I think you get other health benefits from these in addition to the blood pressure support. These also are very easy and do not make me smell.
Garlic on the other hand does make me smell but has been shown to lower blood pressure in several studies. This works for some. I think I would start out fine but have to stop because after a month or two the smell would get to me. My fourth choice would have to be the L-Arginine and then the Hawthorn Berries. I probably would end up eating the garlic if I still needed more support.
These is no substitute for talking to your doctor and these supports are for people with blood pressure in the normal range. If you have high blood pressure talk with your doctor.
