This chart is a rough estimation of what I think is important for health. I see nutrition as the highest priority so that is why I put vegetables and vitamins as the most important. If the meat was fish with a lot of omega three's then it would be a higher percent and if it was red meat it would be a little lower, but in general I hope you can see what I see as the most important and things that are important. I also left a lot off of this chart as it could get very complicated, so just look at it as a general look at health.
